After a long and distinguished career, Frank Logan passed away on November 18, 2004 (see obituaries in American Psychologist, 2005, 60, 728, and Observer, 2006, 19, 24-25 ). The QUAD-L Library was near and dear to Frank's heart and a long-standing pet project. He worked on it right up until his passing. Frank took sole responsibility for the complex indexing system (see Instructions below) of the journal articles and books in the library, so that process is no longer ongoing. However, the work he completed is still available and remains a valuable resource to all of those interested in the fields of learning, cognition, and motivation. Welcome to the QUAD-L.
