Conclusions
Using analyzed active channel changes
we are able to determine how a stream behaves the
first ten years after a fire. There are more parameters that affect the erosion
and deposition, however based on the analyzed data, we can say that the channel
is widening in the first few years after the fire, followed by narrowing after.
More work needs to be done for this
study, to truly understand which parameters affect the stream geomorphology
post-fire.
