Once the KINEROS2 model is complete the user can define how the results are viewed. KINEROS2 can display the results based on percent change or absolute values. For the purposes of this project sediment yield results were displayed in percent change because the model was not calibrated. The percent change results are useful to understand overall watershed response. The largest percent change in sediment yield between the pre-fire (2001) and post fire soil burn severity (2003) occurred in the area that was predominantly loam and had higher slope. The sediment yield results for the three scenario periods are in absolute values, however it is important to keep in mind that the model is not calibrated, therefore the overall trend of the data is what should be considered.
