Laboratory Testing Paper

For this report, you are to decide on a laboratory test and gather past research on this test and write a paper on the science underlying the test procedures and assumptions, and the data obtained from the test.

Present your paper double spaced typed, and include figures and tables of past research and perhaps even some data you have collected in the EPL. The paper should contain at least 5 pages of text, and there should be at least 10 references - 6 of which are original research articles published in peer reviewed journals.

Make sure you include the following sections.

	Historical development of the test
	Validation of the test
	Different options for administering the test and/or processing the data
	Controversies with the test and/or interpretations
	Values of the measurement for different populations, as reported in past research or textbooks
	Conclusions and recommendations
	References

This report is due prior to or during the second last week of class, ending on May 4, 2006.
