I found this picture in a psychology text book which was in my church kitchen of all places.  It struck me as so bizarre that I laughed for quite some time after several minutes of pondering its meaning.  I've shown this picture to many, and NOBODY can decipher any meaning here.  Perhaps you can be of assistance...
